Hee Suk LIM graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce at The University of Queensland in 2005 and began his career in Marketing at an education and travel company. In 2006, Hee LIM decided to enter the Real Estate industry to experience new challenges and gain fresh insights into business, and began at Coldwell Banker APA which focuses on heavily Off –The- Plan and Project Marketing. During his time at Coldwell Banker, Hee LIM acquired a great deal of experience, particularly in the selling of many of the large apartment projects in Brisbane CBD, West End, Sherwood and Melbourne CBD.

In 2008, Hee LIM left Coldwell Banker and started HD Property Group, a brand he has developed continually with a focus on property management and residential sales.

Hee LIM is very excited about with the recent expansion of HD Property Group with a new office in Rocklea and new associates. He hopes to continue HD’s success and to build and broaden the business brand in the Commercial, Residential, Property Management and Off the Plan space.
